By booking or participating in a Project P experience you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required.
Anyone unable to prove legal drinking age may be refused participation without refund.
2. Booking
Bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
3. Prices
Prices shown on the website include the services described on the booking page. Prices may change without notice before booking.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before the activity for a full refund.
No refunds are provided for:
- No-shows
- Late arrivals
- Leaving the tour early
- Intoxication preventing participation
If we cancel the activity, customers will receive either a full refund, or the option to reschedule.
5. Responsible Drinking
Participants are responsible for their own alcohol consumption. We reserve the right to refuse or remove anyone who:
- Behaves aggressively
- Threatens staff or guests
- Damages property
- Is excessively intoxicated
- Fails to follow safety instructions
No refund will be issued in these situations.
6. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project P is not liable for injuries, accidents, lost property, theft, missed transport, or indirect damages.
Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by Portuguese law.
7. Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By participating you consent to the use of these images unless you inform our staff before the activity.
8. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own belongings throughout the event.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, emergencies, and natural disasters.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
